Integration & Field Engineer (f/m/x) - Networking, Linux, Robotics

what you'll be doing

We are currently looking to expand our young, international and diverse team of experts with the addition of an Integration & Field Engineer (f/m/x), with hands-on attitude and strong team-work mentality to support our Customer Success team. Within this role you will be responsible for:
  • Remote and on-site customer support
  • Integration of robotic solutions into customer networks
  • Commissioning of robotic solutions at customer sites
  • Linux system configuration and troubleshooting
  • Network setup and analysis (VPN, Ethernet, LTE/5G)
  • Collaboration with R&D and Production
  • Technical documentation in ticketing and knowledge bases

what you'll bring

We are an international, dynamic and motivated team who value passion and a drive to push things to the next level. If you think you sound like this is a good fit, for this role you will also have:
  • System-knowledge:
    • Ubuntu Linux (CLI): package management, services, logs, SSH, Git
    • Docker: basic usage, images, docker-compose
    • Networking fundamentals: IP, subnetting, VPNs, troubleshooting
    • Python 3: basic scripting (functional or OOP)
    • APIs & JSON
  • Ability to work in secure / isolated environments without AI tools
  • Fluent ability in the English language (company language)

nice to have
  • Experience with wireshark, tcpdump
  • Server hardware know-how (e.g. Dell)
    • Certifications  
    • CompTIA Network+, Security+
    • Cisco or Linux certifications
