what you'll be doing
We are currently looking to expand our team of experts with the addition of a driven and highly motivated reliability manager (f/m/x). Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Taking our reliability testing from a part-time, secondary work stream to a driving force of change within the company
- Leading a team of (rotating) test engineers
- Further refining our reliability testing strategy, coming up with new ideas and initiatives
- Performing, coordinating and managing component and robot tests (internally and externally)
- Performing statistical analysis on test results
- Conducting root-cause analysis, keeping track of improvement measures and their implementation
- Coordination of robots, test arena space and personnel
- Reporting to MD R&D directly, coordinating with VPs
