We are currently looking to expand our team with the addition of a full-time
senior robotics software engineer (f/m/x).
Your responsibilities within this role will be:
- Design, develop, and optimize algorithms for robot navigation, path planning, obstacle avoidance, and localization
- Working closely with your team on product innovation and troubleshooting
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of algorithms to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in algorithms, robotics, and machine learning research
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Provide support in preparation of product demonstrations and help design proof-of-concepts
- Automated testing and documentation of your code on the CI/CD pipeline
- Participate in product tests to help understand customer experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
- Proven experience (5 years) in developing algorithms for robot navigation, path planning, and localization
- Professional experience in software development, preferably in an industrial environment
- Experience with object-oriented programming and Linux
- Experience with robotics arm manipulation is a plus
- Proficiency with programming languages such as C++ / Python
- Knowledge pertaining to Robot Operating System (ROS)
- Fluent or native ability in English (C1 minimum)
