what you'll be doing
We are currently looking to expand our ambitious young team of experts with the addition of a mechanical engineer (f/m/x). Within this role you will deal with:
- Development and construction of mechanical components and assemblies
- Mechanical analyses, calculations and simulation
- Preparation and maintenance of technical specification and documentation
- Optimization of the prototyping process
- Prototyping and assembly of small pre-series batches
- Design and construction of test set-ups
- Cost-oriented design and optimization
what you'll bring
We are a dynamic, young team who value passion and a drive to push things to the next level. If you think you sound like this is a good fit, for this role you will also have:
- Professional experience in development and production of mechatronic systems (ideally in the robotics, automotive or aviation industry)
- Completed, relevant studies (mechatronic, mechanical, aerospace engineering)
- Very good CAD knowledge (ideally Solid Edge)
- High quality awareness
- High technical and analytical skills
- A precise and well-organized way of working
- Basic knowledge in electronics is an advantage
- Experience in project management is an advantage but not a must have
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Customer-focus
- Willingness to travel (10 – 15%)
- Fluent ability in the English language, knowledge of German language is an advantage
- Availability to work in the office in Vienna
