what you'll be doing

We are currently looking to expand our ambitious young team of experts with the addition of a mechanical engineer (f/m/x). Within this role you will deal with:

  1. Development and construction of mechanical components and assemblies
  2. Mechanical analyses, calculations and simulation
  3. Preparation and maintenance of technical specification and documentation
  4. Optimization of the prototyping process
  5. Prototyping and construction of small pre-series batches
  6. Installation and support of test set-ups
  7. Cost-oriented design and optimization

We are a dynamic, young team who value passion and a drive to push things to the next level. If you think you sound like this is a good fit, for this role you will also have:

  1. Professional experience in development and production of mechatronic systems (ideally in the robotics, automotive or aviation industry)
  2. Experience in coordinating subcontractors within a small team
  3. Completed, relevant studies (mechatronic, mechanical engineering)
  4. Very good CAD knowledge (ideally Solid Edge)
  5. High quality awareness
  6. Basic knowledge in electronics
  7. High technical and analytical skills
  8. A precise and well-organized way of working
  9. Experience in project management, an advantage but not a must have
  10. Excellent social and communication skills
  11. Customer-focus
  12. Willingness to travel (10 – 15%)
  13. Fluent ability in the English language, knowledge of German language is an advantage
  14. Availability to work in the office in Vienna

We are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants. For this full-time role we offer a salary of at least EUR 45,000.- gross per year, however overpayment is possible depending on your skills and experience!
