We are currently looking to expand our young, international and diverse team of experts with the addition of a
Field Engineer (f/m/x) to support our Customer Success team. Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Support of the implementation of robotic solutions on site
- In-field and remote troubleshooting
- Providing feedback to the production and R&D teams in Vienna
- Preparation of technical specification and documentation
- Solving problems where the solution is not always clear
- Assisting in inter-departmental product development
- Customer support

We are a dynamic, young team who value passion and a drive to push things to the next level. If you think you sound like this is a good fit, for this role you will also have:
- Background in computer science / mechatronics – preferred, but not required
- An interest in the relationship between mechatronic assemblies and their software environment
- Customer-focused mindset – experience in customer support would be an advantage
- The desire to understand and analyse the big picture
- A love for varied tasks that challenge you
- Fluent ability in the English language (company language)
- Excellent social and communication skills
- Interest in travelling (35%)
