what you'll be doing
We are currently looking to expand our Sales team with the addition of a Sales Engineer (f/m/x). The ideal candidate will have a combination of sales and technical expertise. Within this role you will deal with:
- Presenting, promoting and selling our products and services to existing and prospective customers
- Responding to RFP’s and RFI’s and support the creation of technical and commercial proposals
- Negotiating RaaS (Robotics as a Service) contracts with clients
- Upselling of new apps and services to existing client base
- Establishing and maintaining a positive customer relationship
- Responding to customer problems and complaints in close cooperation with service and support team
- Achieving sales targets
- Representing Taurob at conferences and exhibitions
